We try to set up the initial kick-off meeting with a few days of receiving your trial request. From there, you drive the timeline as much as we do. We handle the heavy-lifting of building your chatbot, but we need your input.

Yes, for annual subscription plans purchased on ChatbotStudio.ai we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.

A topic is the starting point of a dialog flow with your chatbot. One topic is typically created to address each thing your visitor could want to accomplish. (These wants are technically called intents). For example, you may want to have a topic to cover your open hours. In this case, the visitor asks something like "when are you open" and your bot replies with your hours of operation. But, topics can be more complex as well. Let's say a visitor wants to receive additional information about a product your sell or service you provide. The bot might reply with a few questions for the visitor: their specific interest, their contact info, etc.

A monthly active user (MAU), is any unique user who has at least one meaningful interaction with your bot per calendar month across any of its integrations. When your user sends a message to your bot, and your bot responds, that constitutes a meaningful interaction. Welcome messages at the beginning of a new conversation are not charged.

Regardless of the plan you choose, you will have a free trial. First, we will set up a kick-off meeting to understand your specific needs. Next, we will design a conversation flow to cover 15 topics of your choice (typically, the most common inquiries you receive from your customers). And finally, we will activate your bot, provide you with the link to the testing environment, and share the plugin to install the bot on your website. From there, you will have 14 calendar days to see your bot in action. (Please note that the trial will be limited to 100 monthly active users.)
